Working with Spanbild Projects, utilising the innovative Concision panelised prefabricated construction technology, we have shown that quality new school buildings can be delivered quickly and economically.

Our smart designs utilise efficient spaces planning tailored to the needs of the individual schools while also making the best most efficient use of the prefabricated system. The buildings are quickly installed on site, effectively a flat pack building delivered on the back of the truck Concision’s Christchurch factory. They can then be just as easily removed and relocated.

We believe this is an excellent example of mass customisation that points to the future of building construction. Through the systems efficiency we can provide buildings with better environmental performance than standard construction, completing turning on its head traditional conceptions of prefabricated construction.
