Pilmuir Street

The existing house was a barely recognisable 1920’s bungalow with poor quality living spaces. The design involves moving and re-piling the existing house. Additions to the front provide an additional bedroom with two new bathrooms. An addition to the rear provides a contemporary open plan living space.

The design developed by testing many options at the sketch design, with further consultation to deliver the best solution for the client.
