Poor previous renovations and additions meant that several spaces in this 1920’s bungalow were not will utilised. Our design fixed these issues with the plan, putting activities in the right place, in relation to each other, the sun and site. A relatively small addition allows the house to have a large functional contemporary kitchen, dining and living space.
